Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for AI Centery subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Billing cadence

Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings, or by contacting us at support@aicentery.com. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew after that.

3. What happens to your sites

After your paid period ends, your account may be downgraded or your published sites may be unpublished or limited. We retain your content for a reasonable period so you can reactivate, after which it may be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds

• Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated here.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@aicentery.com and we will review your request in good faith.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.

5. Free trials

If a plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the applicable fee is charged.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
